Today there was problem with light . Sometimes high power and sometimes low power.

I think that's why my camera is not working.

 

In the camera just night light is blinking continuously when I turned it on. And not responding to factory reset. There is not light in that red - green light part. Just night light blinking.

 

Not connecting to app . Pls help

Hi,
When the power on your house is stable, please power on the camera again and check if the LED has any change.

Have you pressed the reset button for 10 seconds when resetting the camera? If not, please have a try.

Can you share a video showing the reported issue?

  @Solla-topee yes I pressed reset button for more than 10 seconds, I have tried resetting it many times. Nothing happens. I am attaching one video for reference

It may be the camera has an issue, and you can contact your retailer or local support to check if your camera is under warranty.
