thanks for your respond,

i have already done that, but still, the 2.4GHz router signal is very weak. We need to be right next to the router to get a 2.4GHz signal, while the 5GHz signal is normal.

Hi

Do you have USB plugged in? USB will affect the 2.4G signal.
By the way, please check whether there are any new high-power appliances in your home. Some high-power home appliances cause greater interference to 2.4G.

  Hi @Joseph-TP ,

No USB plug on the router.

I had no new high power device.

I tried to move my router to other room. Still 2.4ghz signal very low.

We have to stand beside the router.

Before that. It works faboulus.

5ghz works fine.

Thanks

Regards

Es

Hi  @Joseph-TP

I already tried :

1. Downgrade firmware to 1.3.5

2. Factory reset

Still not working. 2.4ghz signal still very low.

Really need solution on this. My cctv not work until now.

Could i request firmware 1.2.6 that able to be installed on my router.

Hi

After upgrading to 1.3.5, it cannot be downgraded and the problem does not seem to be in the firmware.

From your description, the 2.4G Wi-Fi range suddenly dropped and was working normally before, so I suspect that the 2.4G may be broken. It is recommended that you contact your local retailer to check the warranty.
