C500 audio issue
Hi
I have this issue, after i upgraded the latest version of firmware, the camera mic is not that loud thats why i need to put in max volume, and sounds like static.

Hi All,
We are trying to improve the sound quality of the Tapo C500 and have a beta firmware for a try. You can send me(@Solla-topee) the "Forum ID 674464+MAC address of the camera" via a private message if you want to try the new firmware.
We do not have the information on when the new official firmware will be released to solve the issue, but I'll keep logging the feedback and forward it to the relevant team for evaluation.
Before the Upgrade:
(1) Please be sure you have read the Beta Test Agreement before upgrading the Pre-release firmware!
(2) How to update the firmware of the Tapo devices on the Tapo App

@Solla-topee Thanks, this mornig found new firmware, but the problem is the same, now ear a rustling sound, before it was absolute silence.
I have a second c500 and that one has no problems, both have automatic firmware updates.
I'm thinking of buying a new one

Hello, the camera is out door, monitor the driveaway, records 24 hours a day and sends alerts when motion is detected.
Alerts are OK but no sound, if you want i can send you a little trailer of this morning.

Hi,
Please ensure the camera's microphone and speaker's volume are set to maximum > try to play music on a phone/tablet in front of the camera > go to another room and watch the camera via the Tapo app > record the video manually on the camera's Live View page, and can you send me the video?
