Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.7.0

I'm using Deco M4 (v2) beta firmware 1.7.0 but the problem is that when i reboot main deco so the WAN ip address take time to obtain and also i tried static ip address but until the port (53) not coming back online so i can't able to access internet connection and also i tried to change WAN port and changing MTU but nothing work for me and also i tried Google DNS and Cloudflare DNS.  Can you help? Screenshot attached for reference.

By the way, May I know who is your internet service provider?
Can you reply the email with the MAC address of your main Deco M4 as well as the TP-Link email ID for the Deco APP?

  @David-TP My internet service provider is (Transworld Home) and my email address of TP-LINK Deco App is argamingpakistan@gmail.com 

and my main Deco MAC address is in the screenshot below. Currently i'm using Access Point Mode.
