Hey TP-LINK !!

 

I'm using Deco M4 (V2) on beta firmware 1.7.0 right now using on AP Mode but i want to use Router Mode because AP Mode has limited options but the problem is that when i use Router Mode so the WAN ip address took 3 minutes to obtain ip address from ISP ONT Huawei HG8245H and even i tried to give static ip to my Main Deco from ISP ONT and also tried to manually set static ip address on my Main Deco and still able to access internet after 3 minutes and it's been 7-8 months and nobody can hear me and not gonna resolve my issue. I do many posts on forum and also do emails to TP-LINK but no solution. @David-TP @Marvin_S @Riley_S Guys please help me 🙏🏻😭​

Hi, we have kindly forwarded your case to the engineer already and he also shared his suggestions and explanations with you.

If you find his suggestions unsatisfactory, we don't have better suggestions in the community either at this moment.

You may choose to revert to the official version and if your device is still under warranty, we recommend contacting the retailer for a replacement as it would save much effort for now.

@David-TP One more problem on AP MODE is that when i reboot my Main Deco Unit or when power supply came back so the WiFi is connected on my phone but then suddenly WiFi disappear for a few seconds and then came back again i think Smart DHCP is not working perfectly even it's disabled. I have a video to show you.
