Offlina when phone is on same network

When my phone is on the same wifi as the cameras the will go off line. Is there a way to get around that?

What's the model number of your camera? Please send me(@Solla-topee) the MAC address of the camera via a private message.

What's the model number of your router? Is the camera connected to your router's Wi-Fi directly to go to the internet?

Is the camera online on our app when managing it remotely?
