Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.3.11

Hi, my C310 won't power on if the SanDisk Ultra Class 10 microsd 128gb is inserted. I have to take it out, power on and then insert the memory card after it has booted up.

 

I've checked and this is definitely a genuine card.

 

This is massively inconvenient if we have a power cut or a reboot is needed (which has just happened) as I have to access the 2nd floor of my house with ladders to get it working again! And obviously unfixable if I'm not home.

 

Any ideas?

Hi,
Have you used the original power adapter and power cable to power the camera? If you have used an extension power cable, it's suggested to power the camera with the original adapter and power cord, then check if the camera will work fine.

  @Solla-topee It isn't a power cable problem. It turns on fine in any plug socket if the memory card is left out. I have to insert the memory card after power on / boot up.

 

Seems like a firmware issue.
