Hi guys,

I've been running an M9 mesh system for a while set to router mode through a virgin hub. I bought the Xe75 pro to extend my network to an out building so the plan was to set up the XE75's in the house and use the M9's in the out building. I've tried to set up the new XE75 as the main deco but it failed twice and now connection has been lost with the original main deco (flashing red) and the virgin Hub (solid red). 
 

I've switched both off and left them for a 15 mins plus but still has the same issue. Is there another way of solving the issue without doing a hard reset of the Virgin Hub and having to start the whole network again?

Hi, welcome to the community.

I think you could try to power off all Deco units and unplug them from the Virgin hub to get the Virgin hub back online first.

After Virgin Hub is back online, only power on Deco XE75 and connect it to the hub.

Then check whether you can detect the previous Deco Wi-Fi under WLAN settings on the mobile phone.

---If there is, please connect to this WiFi and open the Deco APP to see whether the previous network is still here.

---After that, you could refer to Unable to connect to the Internet to check the IPV4 settings and modify the DNS server settings if needed.
