Hi, It seems like MR6400 doesn't connect to the internet.

Please try to take out and insert the SIM card again.

Then reboot the router once.

It is also suggested to refer to No internet service on LTE Gateway Router

By the way, how long have you had the 4G router?

Did it work well before?
