Hi. This modem is from Starhub Singapore EB810v 10GBps. When I try to connect my usb storage drive (connected to router) to my Win10 PC via network sharing, it has a diagnose error. It says that the connection was  My previous TPLink router Archer AX72 worked fine. It says the "remote device won't accept the connection" after performing a network win10 diagnosis. Looks like the Router is rejecting the handshake. 

Amy advice please.

Hi, welcome to the community.

Do you try to remotly access the USB Drive on the win10 PC?

 

How about the local access? Does the USB sharing work properly when the device is connected to the WiFi of EB810v?

Please also confirm the USB Drive has been properly detected on the EB810v.
