Traffic Hours - Bar Chart 1 hour out
The Traffic Hours report is an hour out. My son was online on his PC and I could see the 2pm time bar ticking up every few minutes, but it was 3-something-pm. I'm in Europe/London, and it's Summer, so GMT+1, which might explain something? The System settings shows the correct timezone (screenshot below). The system is set to reboot every night. The main Deco is the X55, but there are various M5 around the house (1.7.6 rel 38320) including the closest to my son's PC.

Hi, Thank you very much for your feedback.
If you log into the web UI of Deco via http://tplinkdeco.net, how about the system time(it should be under advanced>Sysytem>System time) on the web management page?
How to log into the web-based interface of my Deco
By the way, have you seen this issue on different parental control profiles?
Wait for your reply and best regards.

@David-TP The system time shows London:
Granted I did this after first spotting the issue in the app, while trying to troubleshoot myself a couple of days ago. I've just checked now, and the display issue is still there. My son is online right now, and I just saw the 5pm bar tick up, even though it's 18:53. Unfortunately I'm the only parent looking at bar charts :)

Hi, Thank you very much for the update.
Would you mind trying to install the latest beta firmware here on the Deco X55_V1 to see whether it helped with the current issue:

@David-TP still same issue even with upgraded firmware. My son left his PC on overnight (farming) and it still on now. Interesting, even though the bar is an hour out, the number of hours spent online of 9h 22m (or 9h 33m) is about right. There are only 9 bars on the bar chart though.
