Camera doesn't upload to cloud
Greetings,
I had tapo care subscription for one camera. I bought my second cam and upgraded the tapo care, added it to subscription plan, detections and notifications are on. However my previously bought first camera uploads the detections to cloud, while my new camera only sends notifications but doesn't upload the videos to cloud. Firmware and everything is up to date. What can be the problem? I lowered the video quality too, but still the same.
