Tapo C500 False person detection and alarm triggering
The tapo c500 is no doubt a good camera. But IDK what's wrong with it when it comes to Person detection especially at night it falsely detects the person and triggers alarm, when we see that particular clip which has been saved by device as 'person detected' in reality NO person is there in video clip, I've attached screenshot about same. In midnight I'm getting continuously falsely alarms that person has been detected. Kindly look into it. And help me with this issue. Because turning off alarm function at night would definately undermines the purpose behind choosing c500.

Update: According to specialist's follow-up on this case, the problem was most likely caused by the detection sensitivity being set too high.
Higher detection sensitivity will increase the frequency of motion detection in the camera, small movements such as flying insects may be detected, in this case, there is a chance of detection false alarms.

@Wayne-TP Answer of first question is YES. Even during mid-day (around 14:41) it interpreted a dog as person and pushed notification I'm sharing snapshot of the same. Answer of second question is, I've selected person detection area entire field view in one direction itself, I've turned off motion tracking and patrol mode so camera is focused on in single field. And the answer of third question is, sensitivity is at 8-9 out of 10. And as far as video clip about false detection I am neither able to upload the video clip here nor paste link as this platform says no outside links can be posted. If you're able to connect with me on email please do so, so that I can share with you all the details in more briefly.
