Face not Clear
Just installed 2 of the C520WS and when live vision and also playback the face picture is not clear.

Hi,
You can review the following tips for the reported case.
1. Make sure the camera lens is clean and ensure that your Tapo app is updated.
2. Go to the camera's Device Settings>Video & Display>Video Quality page to select the high-quality option.
3. Reboot the camera to disconnect other devices that may be streaming the camera, and watch the camera using only your device.
If there is no improvement, can you share a picture showing the reported issue? How far is between the person and the camera?
