Firmware Version: I don’t know because I can’t access the stupid app to find Any information

since the last firmware upgrade yesterday this Deco that is normally fairly useless has been absolutely useless. It has crashed repeatedly all evening and not given me any Internet at all. I've spent six hours wasted on this piece of junk.

And the reason it doesn’t say the right deco in box is because you’re complaint or thread app is equally poor. It won’t let me to type in there and it doesn’t have the right Deco. Absolutely fed up with this useless piece of junk

Hi, welcome to the community.

For the model number, you can find it on the bottom product label. Do you have Deco X50 or BE65-5G?

- If possible, you could also leave me a message with the MAC address of the main Deco.

Did you find the internet connection of Deco is quite stable? It would be highly appreciated if you could add more details.

Please also refer to Fix unstable connection when connected to the Deco network for more suggestions.
