my internet speed dropped a lot because I can't manually set SNR Margin value, on my Asus AC51 modem I could set it to 2 and it will stay at 2 always, but this modem locks it to 8 so it drops my download speed, I liked the design of this modem, ı paid so much money for this but I can't control all settings unlike in Asus modems.

The SNR margin value still syncs automatically with the DSL line and it could not be changed yet. Higher SNR /SNR margin numbers indicate cleaner/stronger signals, with less background noise. The auto-sync value keeps a balance between the network speed and stability.
If you still keep the Asus AC51 modem, it is suggested to set Deco X73-DSL into wireless router mode and connect behind the Asus modem.

@David-TP won't I get more ping in games if I set Deco as wireless router and connect it behind Asus modem? I have desktop pc so I don't use wireless on my pc.. I returned the Deco x73 back to store, they told me they will send it to technical service for investigation but most probably will come back to me if they don't refund it.
besides, it would be really great to put an option to set SNR Margin manually, Asus modem has auto mode and manual mode, I am sure you guys can do better than that..
