Hello!

I've got a Deco M5 mesh WiFi network with two independent powerline backhauls via HomePlugAV (AV600).

For no reason I can discern, the powerline network sometimes inverts, connecting via a Deco with shoddy WiFi signal and outputting to a Deco with much better WiFi signal, when the link should be the other way around. The set up is this way as I have two incompatible power networks in my home, so I have the primary Deco outputting to one powerline network, and a WiFi link to bridge the power systems, with another powerline network on the secondary system. The issue is with the second network.

I believe everything is set up correctly with the Deco's connected to the powerline adapters, rather than my main router. Additionally, the Deco recieving the WiFi link to the secondary powerline system is forced to connect to the nearest Deco device on the primary powerline system.

Rebooting the weak Deco usually fixes the issue, but the sporadic flip continues to drive me mad. If anyone has any suggestions I'd be very thankful.

Following. I would be interested in TP-Link's response as this used to happen to me (between an X50-Outdoor and an X55). TP-Link couldn't come up with a solution for me.

The X55 would keep dropping offline. TP-Link did say the backhaul was dropping, meaning the X55 was switching between wired and wireless backhaul, but as soon as I told them I was using TP-Link Powerline adapters, they just went silent.

I look forward to hearing any fixes for this problem.
