Tapo C200 shutdown after I turn off the light, and when I turn the light back on it's starts as if it was unplugged !!! Any idea!!!

Does "turn off the light" mean turning off the "Status LED" option on the Tapo app > Camera's Device Settings page?
If so, how do you turn the light back on? Via the Tapo app or not?
After you turn the light back on, please describe the LED changes.
