UPS For C220 & C320
Hi All.
First post so greetings to everyone. I have recently installed a C320 in our garage and all appears well. I have 2x C220 on order for inside the house.
Yesterday we had a 6 hour power interruption, not an unusual occurrence in my country of residence, during which the C320 was off.
Does TP-link have a UPS for this camera, or has anyone successfully used a third party (9v, 1 amp) UPS.
Any insights gratefully received.

Hi,
1. We do not have UPS for the cameras.
2. Different Tapo cameras' input voltage may be different, it's recommended to go to our official website > search the camera model > go to its Specifications page to see its Power spec.
For example, the Tapo C320WS V1's power adapter input is 100-240VAC, 50/60Hz, 0.3A and output is 9.0V/0.6A (DC Power)(which means the camera's input is 9.0V/0.6A).

Thank you for the reply/info.
Looking at the power requirements of various Tp-link cameras and other devices, I understand the rationale of not supplying UPS, as the cameras/devices would be open to being connected to the wrong voltage.
