Hello TP-Link team,

I recently purchased the Archer C6 v4 router based on the comparison between the C6 v4 and the C64 from your official website. The comparison indicated that the C6 v4 supports OpenVPN connectivity, which was the main reason I chose this model. However, after installing the router and checking the admin panel, I was disappointed to find no VPN option.
 

I feel misled by the inaccurate information on your website. I have a screenshot of the comparison and would like to request clarification or a resolution for this issue.

Looking forward to your response.

Even the v2 and v3 models have OpenVPN connectivity, so why is it missing in v4? This feels like a bad joke!

If I attempt to return this router, which seller would accept a broken seal and a used device?
This is not a practical or realistic solution.
I made the purchase based on the information provided on your official website, and I feel misled. There needs to be a better resolution offered here, such as an exchange or compensation for the inaccurate details.
