Deco BE85 randomly disconnecting from ONT after reboot
I have a 2 pack Deco BE85, the past 2 weeks I have been experiencing random drop off from my ONT. to resolve this I have to disconnect my lan from main Deco to the TP link SX105 - 5 port switch and restart it. Any one experience this? BE85

Hi, welcome to the community.
Can I have a picture of your network topology with Deco BE85, such as:
ISP router---TL-SX105---main Deco BE85----<wifi> satellite BE85
-And is Deco BE85 working in "Wireless router" mode or "Access Point" mode?
Have you noticed any Deco BE85 turn red during the disconnection?
It would also be highly appreciated if you could save a copy of the system log when Deco BE85 dropped out and send the log to support.forum@tp-link.com (please add the forum ID-713690 in the subject)
It is also suggested to refer to the following troubleshooting guide:
Fix unstable connection when connected to the Deco network
Wait for your reply and best regards.

ISP router -> Main Deco BE85-> TL-SX105-> <wired backhaul > Satellite BE85.
it will turn red randomly or if I set it to reboot at the schedule time. I have to unplug my Ethernet cable connected to the TL-SX105 switch and reboot before I can get it online again. I have check my ISP modem when the BE85 turn red. There is internet connection directly from my isp modem.
BE85 is set as wireless router mode.
when BE85 turn red I loses internet connection.

I have BE85 v2.6. Latest firmware 1.1.1. My ISP is metronet and they use nokia xs-010 ONT. i am experiencing same issue. It will disconnect and light turns red. The inly way is to reboot ONT, unplug cable and plug again. Then its a matter of staying connected anywhere from a few mins to a couple of days and then its happens again. I previously add asus et12pro and no issues. Metronet provided eero 6e also has no issue. I am frustrated and thinking of returning these. Its a shame because when they work, its great
