Model: Deco X20
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 1.17 build 20240101 Rel. 64163

Hi. After installing 3 Deco x20 network none of my 5 different types iPhones can Airprint anymore

I get as message 'busy'. I can however at that moment print via Wifi from windows laptops without any problem.

Did already install the wifi connection of the printer new. Also restarted the modem & Deco's several times, no solution.

Also it's impossible to update my tomtom navigation, although it shows Wifi is connected. I connected the Tomtom to my neigbours Wifi: Update functioned there without any problem. My provider who lets me the Deco's can't help me.

Does anyone know a solution?

  @KC_Sunshine

Hi, welcome to the community.

Here are some suggestions for your reference:

1. Change the IPV4 DNS server to 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4.

How to change DNS server settings on my Deco

2. Make sure no Parental Control profiles have been enabled for the iPhones.

Furthermore, Are you able to consistently reproduce this issue?

Please feel free to give me an update. If the suggestions didn't help, I'd like to forward your case to the senior engineers for more help.

Wait for your reply and best regards.
