Model: Tapo C200  
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 1.3.11

My tapo c200 displays this device can only be controlled locally 

 

1. I tried resetting the camera but the problem still exist. 

2. tried change the DNS to 8.8.8.8 as described in some troubleshoots

3. tried 3 differente wifi networks

 

I don't have connection problems as our internet is stable, I have another C200 camera working perfectly

 

I just bought the came it is brand new, just arrived.

 

Old C200 working Camera:

Hardware: 3.0

Firmware: 1.3.15 Build 240715 43073n(4555)

 

 

Brand new C200 NOT working Camera:

Hardware: 3.0

Firmware: 1.3.11 Build 39454n(4555)

 

 

and I cant update to 1.3.15, the app says it is up to date.

Hi,
1. It's not suggested to post the camera's MAC address on the thread directly, and you can send it to me via a private message.
2. The new Tapo C200's MAC address seems incorrect, would you please double-check it?
3. What's the model number of your router? Please try to disable the firewall rules, antivirus settings, MAC Filtering, etc., on your router if it has, and check if the camera will work fine.

FT: Its a google Nest AC2200, there's nothing enable. I even tried to connect to other networks same problem.
