Hello,

I bought this router from my local isp.

Im experiencing on it high ping compared to other router. On tp link nx510v i get around 60 ping comparing to my phone where there is 23-24 ping, so it's not normal.

Before i had huawei b525 and there was good ping compared to tp link.

I have outdoor antenna, signal is very good.

Is any fix I can do to fix the ping issue? Or i should return the router to ISP and get any other device?

Hi,

You can change the wireless channel and channel width on 2.4G and 5G, which may help with the issue.

Besides, if you purchase it with your ISP, you can also check with them if there is any firmware update, as NX510v is a service provider customized model.
