I press power button for 10 secs and the LED flashes Green but soon goes back to flashing g Orange. DISCOVER keeps saying" Content being prepared" greyed out but nothing happens.
Also cannot update firmware on my Andriod mobile phone.
Please advise?

What's the model of your Tapo plug? Can you share a screenshot of the error? "Content being prepared" doesn't seem like a message in the Tapo app.
