Deco App showing false 'Offline' message

Hey guys,
I’m experiencing an issue with the Deco App two weeks after setting up my 3x new Deco BE65 routers. The app keeps showing a false “Offline” message, and the router flashes a red LED, but everything is actually working fine.
I’ve tried unplugging and reconnecting the cable for the cable backhaul between the main and living room routers, as well as rebooting the network, but it doesn’t seem to resolve the issue.
Is there any way to fix this? I’m also concerned whether the living room router will be able to receive firmware updates if the Deco app continues to show it as offline. Or should I just wait for the firmware update?
Thanks!

Hi, Thank you very much for the feedback.
A new firmware -1.1.0 was released for Deco BE65_V2 a few days ago. It is suggested to manually update to the latest firmware to see whether it helped:

Hi mate, I guess I was replied 'problem solved!' too quickly.
The issue just came back again after installed your recommended firmware, 1.1.0 Build 20240923 Rel. 21705, the stable performance only last 3 days. Moreover, most of IOT devices has been listed as wired connection for no reasons, it should be 2.4Ghz wireless connection.
I do have around 40 IOT devices, but 3 Deco BE65 should able to handle it I assume. Should I change the routers or wait for another firmware update. Thank you.

Hi, Thank you very much for your time and patience.
When I viewed your TP-Link email ID, I notice Deco BE65 was no longer there and there is a new pair of Deco BE85.
Did you already return Deco BE65 and get the Deco BE85 instead?
Did everything work well with Deco BE85?
Wait for your reply and best regards.

I have returned BE65 since it's really not stable and constant offline error is annoying. So I bought BE85 to replace it. But as a feedback, the issue still exist even after the firmware update for BE65
