Doorbell D235 app shows "No recordings"
Doorbell D235 app shows "No recordings"
I've 2 D235 and this has happened to both a few times. Both same revision and same firmware
They'll be working away and then one day all the recordings can't been seen it just says "No recordings" . It shows events and the image from the event but doesn't show that video if i click on it. I've continous recording on and can't look back over at any random none event time either.
I've them hardwired and set to continous recording and loop. SD cards arn't the cheap ones I got the higher end endurance for CCTV
When I look as the SD card on the app it's full but loop is on and it says its good, and if i remve sd card and look at it on a laptop the videos are there. reinserting doesn't make them show up.
Formatting the card allows it to start working again, but I lose anything on it and even if I swapped them out or did backups to keep it going it won't have recorded anything after the issue starts.

May I know what's the version of your Tapo app (tapo app > Me > About)?
Can you share a link of the microSD card you used?
When the SD card is reinserted into the camera, does the camera still correctly recognize the SD card, such as showing a good status and displaying detected events on the Playback page? But the videos still cannot be played and the screen show "no recordings"?

It's the loop not working.
Going onto the SD car it's full of some videos but a lot won't work.
The ones that won't work are named this "xxxxxxxx_000000_tp00" and then a few numbers, they're large same as the actual video files but won't play.

Dear @Wayne-TP,
I’m experiencing the exact same issue with my Tapo C420S2. Since the afternoon of December 20th, I haven’t been able to view any recordings. While I still receive event detection notifications, the recordings are inaccessible—both when clicking on the notifications and in the playback section. Both cameras and hub are updated to the latest version and there are no pending updates.
