Hi

I have bought a new tapo camera c510w and 2 class 10 high speed 256GB memory cards ... I used a third party sd card scanner to check and the sd cards are good no errors and they read/write at great speeds. The camera for some reason will not format the card ... I have tried numerous 8gb cards and all the same issue .. I regeret buying this camera now and think ill ask takealot for a refund - scouring the net i see many people having this issue .. is this a scam to get people signed up to the cloud service?

I am livid at the amount of money ive spent on this and sitting with an expensive lemon .. I must tell all my friends how bad this tapo product is,
