Could you please also share the system log from your NX200 for our review?

 

Who is your mobile provider? Please make sure you have a stable connection when inserting the SIM card into another router or mobile phone/

  @Kevin_Z Yes, the same issue. The sim card is work great with another devices, also this issue has come recently, before 1month ago i've never had this kind of issue.

 

My mobile operator is HO MOBILE (Virtual operator of vodafone).

I'm not sure how i can share my router log, because when i run into the issue, the router restart itself and i lost the log, how can i save it?

You can try running external syslog server for capturing log output.

Beta firmware installed two weeks ago, my NX600 is stable in 3G/4G/5G mode since then.

Hi, A ticket was opened to the technical support, the beta firmware was provided for test. A new official firmware containing the fix will certainly by provided.

@Mike79 , Hi, you can test the beta firmware here for Archer NX600_V1:

 Enhance the Overall 5G network stability for Deco X50-5G/Archer NX200/NX600

PS: It also lists the beta firmware for Archer NX200_V2 as well as Deco X50-5G_V2.

NX200v1 firmware "1.6.0 3.0.0 v60a2.0 Build 250529 Rel.55411n"  back with neighboring cells exception errors.

 

2025-06-25 12:09:30 [3] LTE: Exception:GetMobileStatus fail

2025-06-25 12:09:35 [3] LTE: Exception:GetMobileStatus fail

2025-06-25 12:09:41 [3] LTE: Exception:GetMobileStatus fail

2025-06-25 12:09:44 [5] LTE: SIM plugged.

 

Test firmware was stable without above error.
