Model: Deco X10
Hardware Version: V1

Hi, I recently bought the deco X10 and I am experiencing frequent network disruptions when using my business laptop which features Zscaler VPN v4.4. Is there a workaround or a planned firmware update that will resolve the issue?

Thank you

  @OrestisN welcome to the community.

Can I have more details about the unstable Zscaler VPN issue with Deco X10, such as:

 "With the Zscaler VPN connected, the laptop only got very slow upload and the upload traffic is often blocked out or timed out. While without Zscaler, the laptop is able to get 400-800mbps Upload.-Zscaler VPN / Global Protect VPN Performance Issue with Deco"

- Are you able to constantly reproduce this issue?

Did it help if the work laptop is connected to the nearest Deco via an ethernet cable?

Wait for your reply and best regards.

  @David-TP

Hi David, I have tested both ethernet and WiFi connection. No difference. The disconnects are happening consistently but not in a fixed manner, for example every 30min. Whenever I was experiencing a disconnect in my business laptop, I tested the connection in my mobile phone and it had no issues at all.

I tried then two things. 1) Connect the business laptop directly to the router via ethernet. Result: No disconnect and 2) Made my mobile phone a hotspot and connected my business laptop there via WiFi. Result: No disconnect.

Whenever X10 is directly connected to the laptop I face these issues. Also I have tested both the router and the access point setting of the tp link but no difference at all.

Thank you
