Hi, Thank you very much for the feedback.

The 1.1.2 could revert to 1.1.0 directly via web UI. Since the 1.1.2 version was just released a few days ago, the engineers are concerned about the potential feedback so if possible, it is not suggested to downgrade the firmware directly. I'll follow up on your case via email to ask the engineer for more advice.

Please check whether you can receive my email later.

Best regards.

@David-TP thanks for the reply. I got the email and replied back with the requested info. I definitely appreciate your help with this since when the system is working it's great and I'm very happy with it, but having it twice get updates and lose 80% of its speed, especially around the holidays, is a bit maddening.

Hi, Thank you very much for your time and patience.

The similar firmware for Deco BE65_V1 is under local test now. It should be ready in the next few weeks.

If you are interested, you could leave me a message and we'd love to hear your feedback.

Best regards.

@David-TP to follow up I worked with support who sent me a version of 1.1.2 on Wednesday evening that had the debug window opened. After installing that firmware through my browser the entire network was fixed and all of my speeds were back to normal. Aaron from support was very confused as was I since other than the debug window opening, this is the exact same firmware as the 1.1.2 release, yet my problem went away. I told him I would monitor it for the next few days, and now after a week everything is still working perfectly. I willl say moving forward I'm a  bit concerned that 2 firmware updates in a row have cause me network wide issues that have magically resolved on their own without an identified cause. I'm glad everything is working fine again, and I'll keep my fingers crossed this doesn't happen a 3rd time.
