D230s camera blurry
Had our D230s replaced under warranty (due to night vision not activating properly)
And all was well until today I've noticed the camera is really blurry
Is this condensation in the lens?
If so is this fixable? Or is it another rma?
Also last night we were woken up by the door bell sound going off. But it was just one 'ding' of the tone.
Nothing pressed the door bell, it just went off randomly. Did the same thing again this morning

1. There may be water vapor condensing on the doorbell lens. It is recommended to try wiping the doorbell lens with a dry cloth and check if it helps.
2. Do you mean you receive the doorbell video call on your phone randomly? On the camera's Device Settings > Doorbell > Doorbell Video Call page, have you selected the Ring Call option?
When you receive the doorbell video call on your phone, is there any event detected by the doorbell?
3. What's the model number and OS version of your phone? What's the version of your Tapo app?

I've tried wiping with cloth and also put it inside for 24 hours but it hasn't gotten any better it's really blurry still
With regards to the bell going off randomly, it does it to my Mrs iPhone too, as well as my s24 ultra
When you press the bell it works as it should
This issue hasn't happened since I rebooted the hub
So I'll monitor that
But the blurry image is rendering it almost unusable
