Hi, from the previous discussion record, I see your Deco X60 is V4.2.
The 1.6.6 beta here is for V4.0/V4.6. The latest official firmware for Deco X60 is still 1.3.0 Build 20240830( or 1.4.0 Build 20241212 Rel. 48194, the next official version )
Best regards.

@David-TP This is very confusing. First my LG Dryer dropped from the wifi connection and would not reconnect. Then during the troubleshooting that issue I discovered the Decos show zero clients connected to any of them. (I have a 3 Deco set-up) I'm only beginner/intermediate level at tech so I don't feel comfortable doing a lot of troubleshooting. I research my purchases to keep the tech stuff as simple as possible and I get frustrated when things don't work as they should. I see these posts have been going on for months now. What is happening and when will it get fixed?
Adding edit: the guest network doesn't respond when I attempt to turn it on.

Also, I feel I should add that the app on my iPhone does show clients connected... although there is no connection speed displayed.

@MNLisa You have to enable 2.4 GHz WiFi to connect your IoT devices such as Smart Bulb, Smart Switches, LG Dryer etc on that band.

@ARGamingPK1 Thank you for replying. I understand that, I was showing that both the 2.4 and the 6 ghz both show as offline. I've tried tuning them on but it doesn't work. The slider bar doesn't stay in the on position, it just goes back to the off position.

@MNLisa You have to do factory reset of your whole Deco system and do the setup again and make sure 2.4 GHz is ON

Hi, welcome to the community. If you don't want to factory reset the Deco XE5300, I've left a message with a beta firmware.
You can test whether this version helps.
Wait for your reply.
Best regards.
