Solution Deco APP Frequently Showing "0 Online Clients"

Phenomena Description
Occasionally, users might find Deco APP shows 0 clients connected or the online list is almost empty. While these devices appear to be connected to Deco Mesh and actually work well.
Available Solutions
The following beta versions have been confirmed to be effective, and the fixes will be incorporated into the official releases in the future.

@ARGamingPK1 it was originally on. I had it on, that's how I was originally able to connect both my washer and dryer. The washer is still connected, it's the dryer that's not. Both require 2.4ghz so the app showing that 2.4 isn't on, is obviously incorrect. Besides that, the app also shows 6ghz isn't activated but since I'm obviously connected to wifi, that's also not correct.

@David-TP I saw your message but because I don't have a lot of down time at home, I'm not comfortable with installing a beta. If it doesn't work, or if it makes things even worse, I'm screwed. Can we just get a verified solution released?

Hi, thanks for the update.
A factory reset would help. But I don't think you would like to reset the whole Mesh network.

After that, you can refer to this link to log into the web UI of Deco, and reboot the whole system via the web UI to see whether it helped:

@David-TP 1.6.6 didnt fix the issue but 1.6.7 supplied by support did.
