  @David-TP Can you add an option to change the region, like in other routers?

  @David-TP Thanks!

So i need to avoid EU imported item?

Is there any code or somthing mentioned on the box that I can see and without opening the box know that 149-161 is supported?

Hi, Actually, the main point I want to emphasize is that, as long as the local WiFi regulations say only band 4 is allowed for 5GHz, the products sold through the local authorized retailers/distributors will prefer 149-165.

As for the box, it usually doesn't mention these details and you might only see, for example, Deco X50(US), Deco X50(ID), Deco X50(JP).

Best regards.

  @Umair.

Hi, It might depend on the hardware region code of your Deco, for example, the general EU version doesn't.

If your region only allows band 4 over 5GHz, like Bangladesh, or Indonesia, the hardware is customized and supports channels 149-164.

Best regards.

  @David-TP  Does it support these channels 149 (5GHz), 153 (5GHz), 157 (5GHz), 161 (5GHz), 165 (5GHz)?
Do you make some X50 devices that are physically incapable of supporting these channels. A few years back I got an Archer A9 which couldn't support these

Hi,

Is there any plans to update Deco X50 V1.33? Still on 1.2.10 version!

@MatheusRossato  Thanks for the notification and the build number has been changed.

Have you installed this version? Did it work well so far?

Wait for your reply and best regards.

@Beepa4

Hi, welcome to the community.

Have you tried a factory reset(hold the reset pinhole for 1s only) of the main Deco? Did it make any difference to the "solid blue" light?

If possible, can you try to use one of the Deco X25 as the main Deco for a temporary workaround?

Wait for your reply and best regards.

  @Omochao

updated firmware to 1.6.4 and lost all connections. Factory reset of x50 and 2 x25 satellites left me still unconnected. Now I'm unable to get a green light to start over.  Light stays blue.  What can I do to connect?
