  @David-TP

Can I also get the Build 20250124 Rel.30196?

Abnormal WAN Port speed issue for me with my switch jumping from 2.5Gbps to 1Gbps periodically. A disconnect and reconnect usually resolves this but not an ideal solution

 Thanks @David-TP

Everything is great except from time to time the 5GHz band changes from 160MHz channel width to 80MHz channel width and moves away from chosen channel to what I assume is the default channel

I can confirm that the new beta 1.1.0 build 20250124 rel 30196 is great and very stable. I have not found any issues.

 @Kiwisam7 have you checked the interference from the neighborhood (try some of the WifiAnalyzer apps)?

I understand that Deco automatically changes 5G from 160 MHz to 80 Mhz channel width if there are too much interference (neighbors in the same channels). You can also try to manually set the channel to some higher channel such as 96 (if your neighbors don't use the higher channels), but then it most likely will overlap with flight and weather radar channels in your country and rebooting the Deco will take 10 minutes even there would not be any radars near.

I have manually set 2.4 G to channel 1 and only 20 MHz channel width. Then it only overlaps one neighbor network. If I let Deco to select the channel automatically, it will overlap with about 10 neighbor networks. I have kept 5G and 6G automatic selection even 5G overlaps with one neighbor. I could set 5G channel to a higher channel, but there is also some interference and need to set 80 Mhz channel width to avoid the weather radars.

Anyway, the channel selection is great especially for 2.4 Ghz. You can now analyze and select manually one of the non-overlapping channels (1, 6, 11), set Deco only to 20 MHz channel width if needed and possibly also agree with your neighbor to use different channels. Automatic channel selection will jump from channel to channel and anyway there are many neighbors interfering your network in any channel.

Hi,

@David-TP , I have more bad news in my side.

I have a lot of disconnections between my DECO, I think that's it. On one of my decos, I have my Xbox series X connected to ethernet, and I am often disconnected from the Xbox network when I play online. Similarly, my partner who is teleworking in another room, also connected in ethernet with her computer on our 3rd deco antenna, and she suffers from a lot of slowness. Have you ever had such feedback?

All my deco are conected with mesh technologies without câbles.

  @Chuck-XM Have you checked with WifiAnalyzer app all rooms that there are not many wifi networks in the same channels than your Decos? Does all Decos show green connection in Deco app front page? Should be at least 2 green bars and full 3 bars would be the best. Which speed does Ookla speedtest app get when connected to each satellite Deco? Is it much lower than from the main Deco? Have you tested with only 2 Decos, if they are not to far from each other?

  @Navea I didn't have any issues to update from the early access beta build to the offiial release. I downloaded the official FW https://www.tp-link.com/support/download/deco-be65/v1/#Firmware. First I upgraded the satellite and after that the main Deco and now the both are upgraded.

  @Pelefin

Did you upgrade true the web UI? If so, how did you update one at the time?
