Hi all, 

For some reason I cannot get it to mop the main bathroom. It is located upstairs, with the dock downstairs. I installed the mop cloth & mount, ensured it was all clean and it said it was connected, then manually placed it in the bathroom and selected room cleaning. I first did it with vacuum and mopping, but then noticed it didn't mop. I tried three times on mopping only in that room and it just scooted around with no water coming out. 

It will do the downstairs tiles just fine so I believe it's a mapping/restriction issue not a fault or damage to the vacuum itself. 

Anyone have any tips to try please?
