Hi,
1. You can try to remove the SD card from the camera, insert it back, and check if it helps.
2. If the problem remains, try to remove the SD card from the camera, connect it to your computer to back up the video recordings, insert the SD card into the camera, and format the SD card via the Tapo app. Then check if the detection video thumbnails appear on the Playback page.
