  @KphG same for me, it is probably gradualy rolled out. You still have the choice to update manually using the web UI.

  @David-TP

I've recently updated my Deco Mesh network of 4 x M5 units to firmware version 1.9.0 and it's now very unstable.

Each deco m5 is connected via Ethernet cable to each other via TP-Link switches. This setup used to work reliably.... but now it keeps dropping out, with satellite units regularly losing connection (flashing red light) and my guest network now only working on the main unit, I can't connect to it on any of the satellites.

Is there anything I can do to make my network more stable again? It feels like the update has broken it... unfortunately they are positioned too far away from each other to work over WiFi for the backhaul traffic.

Thank you.

  @David-TP I updated to 1.9.1 and scanning using Sane is still considered as an attack. I can't say I am disapointed but I am simply not surprised. Open source software is malware for TP-Link, except when it can be sold as firrmware E.G. OpenWRT ;-)
