Why my TAPO always sleep if no activity? How to set to always active? Even I set the recording to continuously record. Any advise?

Typically, if you do not enable the privacy mode on the camera, the camera will keep monitoring after it's configured successfully.
How do you check the camera is sleep when it does not detect activity?

Hi,
If the Tapo camera shows online in the Tapo app, you can remove it from the Tapo app to factory reset it. If the camera shows offline in the Tapo app, please press the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to factory reset it.
After you reset the camera, you will be unable to control it until you set it up again.
