hi

i bought this unit 2 days ago

my problem is internet disconnet every 5 mins or less

it discoonect for seounds 

i cant upload logs  for some reason here.

i have tested sim on my phone and it works fine

changing bands doesnt help

Hi, may I know who your sim carrier is?

-Have you tried to test with a different SIM card?

 

I see there are several new firmware versions for MR100 and it is also suggested to update the firmware first:

https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/download/tl-mr100/v1/#Firmware

 

After that, please also refer to LTE keeps disconnecting for more suggestions.

Hi, Thanks for the update.

Was the replacement you received earlier still MR100_V1?

I saw the latest firmware release date for V1 is 2022-12-20 so I was wondering whether you can get a replacement with V3 of MR100 from the retailer or another model, like Archer NX200/600.

As MR100_v1 was likely to be EOL, I'm afraid it would take much longer to get a proper solution.
