Tapo C200: Blinking faster for long time Red LED?

Hi,
1. You can try to power off the camera, wait for two minutes, power it on with the original power adapter.
2. Wait for another two minutes, press the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds.
3. If the LED changes to flashing red and green, you can try to reconfigure it.
If the LED does not respond to the reset operation, you can contact the retailer or local team to check if the camera is under warranty.
