Model: Tapo C310
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.3.16

I do have two same cameras, on both I have active camera account, set same logins and passwords. Only diference is that lets call camera_1 is on ethernet cable and camera_2 is connected with WiFi.

I am now on remote location and trying to set up home assistant add on: Tapo Camera Control to view live stream on my home assistant system. And camera_1 is connecting without any problems, but camera_2 can't go trough cloud login, it reporting  Invalid cloud password. Both cameras are working fine trough tapo android application, I can do all configurations, can watch live stream, download recordings from SD card. I've tried to reboot camera, and it didnt help, I can't reset it because I'll loose connection to my android app. What else can I check and do to be able to connect this camera to home assistant?

Hi,
The problem may be related to the port forwarding feature on your router. In your network diagram, it seems you need to open ports on your router for the camera for remote control.
Since the camera_1 and camera_2 use the same port(554 for RTSP connection, 2020 for Onvif connection), when you open the port on your router for the cameras, you need to set different external ports and the same internal ports for the two cameras.
When you access the cameras remotely via RTSP/Onvif, you need to use the different external ports.
Best Regards
