Model: Tapo C200
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

Please could someone help me!

I have 3 tapo cameras all different models, I have always used them with Echo show devices without any problem.  However recently the pictures have started to pixelate when showing on the Echo and sometimes just completely freezing so I bought a new Echo show but it is still happening, i have done the updating of apps and Echo rebooted all the cameras and also left them all unplugged from the electric supply overnight but to no avail.

I am starting to tear my hair out with this.

Please help!!

  @SMPDLP

Hi,
Please confirm the following information for the reported issue.
  1. Please send me(@Solla-topee) the cameras' MAC addresses via a private message.
  2. Go to the camera's Device Settings>Video & Display>Video Quality page to select the high-quality option and check if it helps.
  3. Check how many devices are streaming the camera simultaneously when watching it on the Echo Show, including watching it on the Tapo app or a PC via RTSP/Onvif.
  4. Have you subscribed to the Tapo Care service?
Best Regards
