Please confirm the following information for the reported issue.
1. Please ensure the Tapo app and your camera are up to date.
2. Why do you want to change the video mode? Do you have an error prompt when changing from which mode to which?
3. Are you able to watch the camera's live feed or change other settings via the Tapo app? Do you change the video mode locally or remotely?

Hello, I have the same issue on my C230. I have the latest app and firmware version installed.
I receive an error popup that it has failed to change video mode.
The automatic change works fine but sometimes I want to change it manually.
Every other option and setting works fine.
The same works fine on my c211.

2. Please send me a picture of the prompted error message when changing the video mode.
3. Send me(@Solla-topee) your camera's MAC address via a private message.
