Good day everyone!

 

I just want to have a quiries regarding my concern below.

My old cellphone was damaged and I want to reconnect again my 3units of Tapo C210 using my new cellphone. Take note that I already installed the tapo link apps and I already log in to my tapo link account.

Please help me step by step on how to reconnect again. Thank you very much in advance

Hi,
Typically, if your Tapo devices are working and only the old phone is damaged, on your new phone, after you log in to the Tapo app with the same TP-Link account you used on the old phone, you can see all Tapo devices and manage them again.

Typically, if your Tapo devices are working and only the old phone is damaged, on your new phone, after you log in to the Tapo app with the same TP-Link account you used on the old phone, you can see all Tapo devices and manage them again.
