Can I record a video from a specific time period to a specific time at a saved angle/viewing area and then have the camera return to another saved position for monitoring? Thank you.

On the Tapo app > Smart > Automation page, please add a new Automation entry and check if your camera supports the Pan & Tilt Control action.
If yes, you can add an Automation entry to set the camera to rotate to a specific position for monitoring at a specific time and add another Automation entry to set the camera to rotate to another position for monitoring at another specific time.
