C500 video fail

Camera stopped showing video despite update restart reconnect. Motion detect notification still com8ng in so camera is functional but since yesterday, video is circle of death processing. Reboot didn't help. Has worked great for months prior

Please confirm the following information for the reported issue.
1. Does your camera store video recordings on an SD card or our cloud server?
2. Do you mean there are video recordings stored, but you can't play them on the Tapo app? If so, please refer to the following instructions to troubleshoot: What should I do if I can't view the Tapo camera?
3. Please ensure your Tapo app is up to date. If not, uninstall and reinstall the Tapo app and check if it helps.
