I want to develop an mobile app that can stream video & control the tapo camera (any model) in the same local wifi network. By far, I only know how to create account on the camera and use rtsp to stream video from it. What is the endpoint and format to send PTZ to it?

Hi,
We do not have instructions on how to Pan & Tilt Tapo cameras on a third-party app/program.

Usually, if you have established the Onvif connection between the camera and the third-party app, and the third-party app has the Pan & Tilt feature, you can try to use this feature to pan & tilt the camera.
