Model: Tapo C510W  
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.1.2

I have bought a Tapo C510W camera, which is I guess only 1 months old. And today I got an issue of camera horizontal pan not working correctly, both left and right button moves view to left only.

 

I tried pan setting default to reset, camera reboot, camera reset. Nothing is working.

 

Can anyone help what's the issue?

Hi,
Please confirm the following information for the reported issue.
1. On the Tapo app > camera's Device Settings > Pan & Tilt page, tap the Pan & Tilt Correction, will the camera pan left & right properly?


2. Please try to pan the camera right manually with your hand and check if you can pan it successfully.


3. When you try to pan the camera right via the Tapo app, any error message prompt?
